Rock Flooring Calgary is a service-area business. Instead of asking you to visit a showroom, we come to your home or business to measure, look at the subfloor and talk through options where the floor will actually go.

What to Include in Your Message
The more we know up front, the more useful our first conversation will be. If you can, tell us:
- Which rooms you want to change, and their rough size in square feet
- What flooring is there now — and what is under it, if you know
- The floor you are considering, or the problem you want to solve
- How many stairs are involved, if any
- Whether it is a house, a basement suite or a condo with bylaws
- Your ideal timeline

What Happens Next
- We reply within one business day to confirm the details of your project.
- We book a visit at a time that suits you, to measure and check the subfloor.
- You get a written, itemized estimate listing material, removal, preparation, installation, stairs and trim separately.
- We schedule the work once you are ready, and order material in time for it to acclimate.

Do you charge for flooring estimates?
No. Estimates are free, including the visit to measure and look at your subfloor, and there is no obligation to book the work.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
No. Rock Flooring Calgary is a service-area business, so we come to you. Choosing flooring in the room where it will actually be installed — in your own light, next to your cabinets, walls and trim — tends to lead to better decisions than a showroom visit.
Do you work outside Calgary city limits?
Yes. Along with every quadrant of Calgary, we work in Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Strathmore, and in nearby communities such as Langdon, High River and Bragg Creek.
Can I send photos before booking a visit?
Yes. Email photos of the room, the current floor and any damaged areas to contact@rockhomepro.com. Photos help us understand the scope before we visit, although an accurate written estimate still requires measuring on site.
